Empanadas are delicious hand-held pastries(also known as turnovers) filled with savory or sweet ingredients and baked to golden perfection

Are all the empanadas(including both the crust & filling) gluten-free and dairy-free?

Yes! All of our empanadas, crust and filling, are gluten-free and dairy-free. We use a shared commercial kitchen but bring our own utensils, pots, and clean the oven before baking. Safety is our top priority, and this is personal to us—our own family is gluten-free and dairy-free. We’re a dedicated gluten-free and dairy-free business with a ServSafe Allergen certification.

Can I freeze my empanadas?

Yes! Freeze them in their eco-friendly wrapping, then remove the wrapping and reheat in a toaster oven at 350°F for 10 minutes—no thawing needed!

Do you have seasonal or limited-time flavors?

Yes! Some flavors, like our Cranberry & Pineapple, are seasonal. We use fresh cranberries, so they’re only available while supplies last—don’t miss out!
