Hi, I’m Rod — co-founder of Empa-Nadas, alongside my wife Erika.

Like many families, we were navigating the rhythm of everyday life — work, responsibilities, and the blessing of raising a child — when we faced an unexpected challenge: our son was diagnosed with sensitivities to gluten, wheat, dairy, and soy.

In that moment, we realized how important it is to be mindful of what we put into our bodies. We spent countless hours reading labels, searching for something that was safe, healthy… and still delicious. And through that journey — guided by love, faith, and perseveranceEmpa-Nadas was born.

We set out to create something different. A place where families can enjoy real food without fear.
